Description

MXXX is the ultimate effect. It is a modular beast containing all our effects in a simple interface with automatic routing matrix, super-versatile modulators and much more. It lets you do everything from simple equalization and compression to the wildest and most creative processing.

70+ Top Quality Processors

MXXX includes almost all of the MeldaProduction high-end creations. That's more than 70 processors! As you know these are probably the most versatile and great sounding processors on the market.

Flanger, compressor, dynamic equalizer, filter, delay, reverb, convolution, harmonizer, spectral dynamics... everything! It even contains MPowerSynth!

And now you have them all under the hood of a single super-plugin, so you can finally make the wildest dreams come true. Or just speed up your workflow...

Modular, Yet Easy to Use

Workflow is just as important as sound quality. MXXX excels at both. Insert any of the FX processors and the smart modular matrix will do the routing for you. It will connect all inputs and outputs into the most probable locations. But of course you can change anything...

And before you ask, sure it can do feedback! It even has internal latency compensation...

500+ Active Presets, Each is Basically a Plugin!

MXXX comes with more than 500 active presets, designed by the community, post-processed by us. These are no classic presets. Each of them is essentially a plugin itself! Each of the active presets has its own set of processors and contains several controls you can use to tune the sound. Just like any plugin... Except, well, these are often way more advanced than the plugins you are currently using.

Inspires...

Inspiration is the most important thing for any artist and we all know the situation when you just "don't know what to do now". MXXX finally provides an easy solution - plugin MXXX, and just browse a few active presets, or even use the smart randomizer. It's almost impossible to run out of inspiration like that...

Optimises Your Workflow...

Are you mixing? Mastering? Or maybe doing some specialized audio processing? Have you ever dreamed of having a single mastering processor, with just a few knobs, where you would do the whole job? Quickly and easily, but without limiting the possibilities?
With MXXX you can optimize workflow anyhow you like, design your own active presets to get your desired "few knobs", but whenever you need, you can always get under the hood and tweak whatever you like!

Extremely Versatile Modulators

All our creative plugins feature probably the most versatile modulators on the market, and MXXX is no exception. Whenever you wish to bring life to the sound, it is just a few clicks away. You can modulate literally anything using LFO, level follower, envelope, random generator, pitch detector, transient detector...

Always use 32-bit plugins in 32-bit hosts, or 64-bit plugins in 64-bit hosts!

64-bit plugins can't work in 32-bit hosts even if the operating system is 64-bit. Do NOT use 32-bit plugins in 64-bit hosts. They would have to be bridged and can become slow and unstable.

Features

  • Design any Sound Effect

  • Choose from a diverse range of library categories, easily accessible through the tag-driven browser via simple drag-and-drop. Import these into Weaponiser’s customised engines to design your components and layers with ease – Onset, Body, Thump and Tail.

  • Endless Variation with Speed and Precision

  • Create dynamic, responsive sound design and add in-depth variation to your sound effects quickly and easily in Weaponiser. Add speed and amplitude variation to any bank in any of the plugin’s four engines, and load up to five samples into each bank. That’s up to 80 different assets to be chosen on every trigger, with variation on 32 parameters!

  • Sync to Picture with MIDI Triggering

  • Use MIDI to trigger your engines and velocity sensitivity to programme or perform precise variations to your design. Trigger the entire plugin or individual engines via MIDI. Use automation or controllers, and trigger each engine from your DAW timeline to sync with footage.

  • Your FX Panel

  • Utilise our FX panel and to subtly tweak or totally destroy! Further chain your FX to effortlessly build up complex signal flows.

  • The FX modules included are:

  • EQ (5-bands, multimode)
  • Saturation (8 different algorithms)
  • Compressor
  • Ring Modulator
  • Transient Shaper
  • Flanger/Chorus
  • Noise gate (with sidechain)
  • The timing and arrangement of the engines can be sequenced and offset by using the colour-coded built-in timeline. This allows more precise micro-timings between engines, and also additional flexibility through variation each time a sound is triggered.

  • Hit the Fire button to audition, activate Burst mode to create automatic bursts from one-shot assets, adjust the rate for creating different loop speeds, or press the Drunk button to randomise your timeline sequences, for subtle or wild changes in sound.

  • The timeline contains four waveforms, colour-coded and matched to each engine.

  • Built-in impulse response reverb for precise control of spatialisation and some interesting creative possibilities! Choose from the 39 included impulse responses or import your own. Trigger the reverb on the release of the fire button or MIDI note, allowing a cleaner mix or extra control when in Burst Mode.

  • Bank and Burst Mode Flexibility

  • Switch between random/round robin asset cycling per bank, and also allow Burst Mode to operate in round-robin mode, incrementing files in banks per round. Filling your banks with assets and randomising them decreases the chance of ever hearing the exact same sound.

  • Mixing Capabilities

  • Weaponiser’s mixer includes panning per engine and a Multi-Mode EQ (with a range of filter types supported on all bands) for each engine FX slot. This makes the mixing process easier and gives you tighter control over your sounds.

  • A ‘Tail On Release’ system allows a tail to be triggered on the release of the fire button or MIDI note, making it easy to achieve a cleaner mix or extra control over tails when in Burst Mode. Use ‘Tail Mode’ to automatically set up or reload a sound in the tail engine, which will be triggered every time a burst finishes.

  • Export for Post-Production and Game Audio

  • Weaponiser allows the output of each engine to be routed back to your DAW with full flexibility for mixing or rendering layers of your design.

  • Easily combine Weaponiser with your existing workflow or process individual engine outputs and your favourite plugins with ease. Break out your sound elements onto a mixer for intuitive tweaking and dynamic mixing, and quickly render layers to your DAW or to export into a game engine or audio middleware solution.

Description

The Next Generation: Your Axe Beyond The Limits

Blue Cat's Axiom is a powerful and open multi-effects processor and amp simulation software for guitar and bass. Based on the acclaimed Destructor plug-in for amp simulations, Axiom offers an infinite number of exceptional tones for your axe.

It includes two amp simulations channels (with pre and post effects) that can be mixed together or used alternatively like a real amp. You can choose your amp models from hundreds of presets or launch the amp editor to build your own, with complete control over the tone. Additional input and master sections let you adjust the tone at the input and the output of Axiom, with 4 additional effect slots each and an integrated high precision tuner. A brickwall limiter also protects the output from overshoot.

Axiom includes 44 built-in effects that can be loaded in any of the 32 plug-in slots, including a built-in version of Late Replies for creative delays and reverbs, and a built-in version of Destructor to add your own distortion pedals, cabinets or additional amp simulations.

Blue Cat's Axiom is not limited to its built-in effects: these slots can also host third party Audio Unit, VST or VST3 plug-ins: you can use your favourite plug-ins anywhere in the signal chain and expand Axiom's capabilities.

And because playing alone is not so much fun, we have added a tools section with 3 additional slots to load virtual instruments: add a metronome, a drum machine, sequencer or your keyboardist's favourite synthesizer there to get it mixed with your guitar.

If you are looking for amp simulation software without the effects, see the Destructor plug-in. For a plug-in host & multi-effects processor without amp simulation, check out Blue Cat's PatchWork.

OTO Biscuit 8-bit Effects

Multi-Effect by Softube

Description

OTO Biscuit 8-bit Effects

Vive Le Biscuit

Initially introduced in hardware in the late 00’s, the French-made OTO Biscuit quickly became a cult classic with DJs and electronic music producers around the world. Gritty bit-crushing, lo-fi multi-effects, a sweet and smooth analog filter, and a quality look and feel, made it a go-to awesome-sound-maker in clubs and studios alike.

Now it’s available in software, bringing those crunchy, dirty, edgy sounds closer to the DAW-based studio or laptop-based performance rig, and making it more intuitive than ever before.

The Biscuit offers incredibly detailed control of these essential sonic possibilities, with eight individually invertable or mutable bits, control of sample rate, waveshaping, delay, even pitch-shifting, and analog filtering (controllable manually or with a built-in step sequencer) to round off sharp edges and make even the harshest digital screech sound alive and organic.

Try it on a drum loop for gentle lo-fi digital distortion, or complete screaming chaos, and everything in-between. Take synth sounds to the next level, creating arcade game blips and bloops, adding insane aliasing and overtones, making pads move and swell with the filter. Even apply to vocals or guitars to turn analog sounds into electronic, robotic, futuristic fantasies.

We’ve modeled both the digital and analog parts of the Biscuit, with unrelenting detail, and the plug-in features a low-latency mode that makes live use possible – a particularly popular way to play with the Biscuit is to mangle drums or drops in a DJ set, or create seemingly studio-bound sounds live on stage.

And it’s simpler than ever before with the plug-in, as the added visualisations of the lower ‘brain’ section make working with the digital effects on board far easier and more enjoyable. See the shapes of the 8 different waves as you apply them to your signal. Drag delay time and feedback around with their own dedicated knobs, and sync to the DAW tempo or tap in your own. Pitch-shift and blend with your dry signal for ringing bell overtones or super-fat sub-bass.

At first, the Biscuit can seem like a novelty, only for crazy once-in-a-while sounds, a totally optional cherry on the cake. But dive in a little deeper and you’ll find it’s its very own confection, sweet and moreish. Before long you’ll be using it on pretty much every project and wondering if it’s good for your teeth.

In short

  • Lo-fi 8-bit magic in a fun and easy-to-use package.
  • Take control on a bit-by-bit level.
  • Slow the sample rate and hear that aliasing glitter fall.
  • Smooth analog filter.
  • Built in digital effects – waveshaping, delay, pitch-shifting.
  • 8-step sequencer to drive the filter.
  • Very distinctive sound, but good for many styles.
  • Turn any run-of-the-mill electronic track into a vibrant classic.

  • A Softube account is required to register and install the software.
  • An iLok account is required for authorisation of the software.
  • Internet access for downloading installer and managing licenses.
  • iLok generation 2 and up, if you intend to use a physical iLok dongle for authorizing your plug-ins (note that an iLok dongle is not a requirement).
  • In theory, any 64-bit VST, VST3, AU, or AAX (11.0.2 or higher) compatible host application should work.
  • The most recent maintenance release of the DAW application is recommended.

However, due to plug-in host differences between DAWs - and Softube's own rigorous testing standards - Softube only officially test their plug-ins and instruments in the most recent versions of Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Cubase, Live, Studio One, Digital Performer, Reaper and Sonar. Softube plugins are not tested in the non-listed systems, but they most likely work as long as the system requirements are met..

RootOne

Multi-Effect by Leapwing Audio

Images

Description

Multi-band Subharmonics Generator & Shaper for Complete Low-end Control

Don’t compromise on your low-end. RootOne is designed from the ground up as a new way to generate and shape subharmonic frequencies. Leapwing set out to create the cleanest low-end possible, phase aligned with the original, making the result sound like it comes from one source. RootOne comes with 3 low frequency bands at custom crossover frequencies. Each band will look for a frequency an octave above the selected band, and after carefully analysing amplitude and phase, it then generates a clean sound within that band.

Phase Aligned Subharmonics Generator

Traditional subharmonics generators use a band-passed pitch-shifted signal, which often results in a disconnection from the original sound. Leapwing therefore opted to develop their own pitch & phase tracking algorithm and combined that with a clean signal generator.

Full Control over Saturation, Dynamics, and Decay

A 4th saturation band allows you to create lower midrange harmonics, giving you full control over the tone and sound of your low-end. Each of the low frequency bands also has control over dynamics, decay and drive.

Easy to Use and Intuitive GUI

Leapwing aim to build plugins that sound good from the moment you start using them, not having to waste precious creative time. Leapwing spent countless hours of R&D time to look at the best ways of visualising all the bands so you can tweak everything intuitively.

Features

  • Unique Subharmonics Generator: Proprietary algorithm that generates the cleanest low frequencies.
  • Pitch Follower and Phase Alignment: Instead of simply pitch shifting the signal, Leapwing use advanced analysis to generate subharmonics that are phase aligned with the source.
  • Full Harmonics Shaping: Saturation module allows you to shape those midrange harmonics, allowing them to cut through on smaller speakers.
  • Ultimate dynamics, drive and decay control: Immense control to shape your newly generated subharmonics.
  • Simple yet Beautiful Design: Beautiful resizable Retina interface with unique design, focused on the optimal workflow.
  • Leapwing keeps challenging the status quo, by keeping their focus on creating innovative new solutions that simply didn’t exist or weren’t possible before. With RootOne they released their fourth plugin. Just like the previous plugins, this new plugin came out of necessity and experience. As Robin Reumers, co-founder of Leapwing, explains: “The 3 of us, as well as other engineers we talked to, were often dissatisfied with traditional subharmonics generators. They often cause phase shifts in the low-end, resulting in sounding like the newly generated sounds are detached from the original sound. We therefore wanted to develop a new approach for generating low frequencies.”

  • This pursuit inspired the Leapwing team to create their own pitch, phase and amplitude tracking algorithm, which allows the user to generate the cleanest sound possible, phase aligned with the original sound.

  • RootOne was born, and it allows you to set up 3 low frequency bands with custom crossover frequencies. Each band will look for a frequency an octave above the selected band, and after carefully analysing amplitude and phase, it then generates a clean sound within that band.

  • Each band gives the user control over:

  • Drive: A level send to the saturation section.
  • Dynamics: From limited dynamics to full dynamics, tracking the original amplitude shape, you have control over how dynamic you want your low-end to be.
  • Decay: Shape the amplitude decay curve through a variety of possibilities, from tight to an extended decay.
  • And last but not least, there is an additional 4th “harmonics" band, focused around the lower midrange, where you can add saturation. This will allow low frequency sounds to cut through on smaller speakers. All in all, you’re given immense control over your low-end which creates new possibilities that weren’t possible before!

Or use the snapshots to instantly re-amp when switching from a crunchy rhythm guitar part to a soaring lead solo and back again.

Use MIDI Automation To Turbocharge And Streamline Complex Mixes

BIAS FX 2’s powerful MIDI features let you make startling, instantaneous mix changes and fluid, morphing transitions that captivate your fans, by automating parameter changes for each section of your song—while also shaving hours of work off your project. With BIAS FX 2, you can assign MIDI commands to virtually every parameter available, including volume control, individual effects parameters, guitar-emulation selection, Looper functions and more.

Create Unique Hybrid Amps and Sweeping Stereo Amp Setups

In BIAS FX 2, the amps you play through are limited only by your imagination. Use Dual Amp setup to cherry-pick parts from two separate amps—their impulse responses, cabs, EQs, even the mics they use—and combine them to create a one-of-a-kind hybrid amp nobody else has. Or keep the amps as they were, route them parallel to one another and hard pan them to create a Freightliner-wide stereo setup with totally different guitar tones in left and right channels.

Smart Recorder/Looper - Preserves Fleeting Ideas Before They’re Lost

Quickly record ideas for riffs, vamps and songs with a simple click when inspiration strikes, using BIAS FX 2’s built-in recorder. Then loop your recording while you play it back through BIAS FX 2’s foot pedals, amps and rack FX, fine-tuning the perfect custom preset to use with your new song idea. You’ll never lose that perfectly played riff—simply export it as a WAV file to import into a new track in your DAW. Physion

Multi-Effect by Eventide

Images

Description

When in Doubt, Split It

Physion is the first plug-in to use our ground-breaking Structural Effects technology - A new method for processing audio. It allows you to split a sound into its transient and tonal parts, independently manipulate them using Eventide's world-class effects and then fuse them back together. With the ability to add effects and dynamic controls to the transient and tonal sections, you can produce a wide range of effects, from the subtle to the extreme.

Features

  • Split audio into “Transient” and “Tonal” components
  • Radically re-shape a sound by soloing the Tonal and Transient channels. Tighten up drums by dropping the tonal section, or tune a guitar into an ambient sweep by losing the transients
  • Split, modify and reassemble any sound
  • Fine-tune the split using the four “Structural Split” controls
  • Six Transient effects available: Delay, Tap Delay, Dynamics, Phaser, Reverb, Gate + EQ
  • Seven Tonal effects available: Delay, Compressor, Pitch, Chorus, Reverb, Tremolo, EQ
  • Waveform display for clear tracking of Transient/Tonal audio in real time
  • Artists presets include Richard Devine, Chris Carter, Suzanne Ciani, Joe Chiccarelli, John Agnello, Stewart Lerman, Steve Rosenthal, Kaitlyn Aurelia Smith and more
  • Sound Design

  • window.__mirage2 = {petok:"43557a405cbe4c86e81d46ccdff2699fbcfc2247-1646894983-1800"};
  • Physion is a versatile tool for sound designers. Splitting and manipulating audio allow you to create and explore sounds never heard before. Remove transients from pianos or guitars to create bowed sounds,or go even further by adding extreme effects to the independent channels.

  • Drum Tuning

  • Physion allows you to easily re-tune a drum without affecting the transient. Delay the cracking transient of a rimshot while leaving the tonal ring as-is. Solo out the transients to tighten up a sound and add some compression to tighten further.

  • Articulation

  • Physion's structural split can be used to modify vocals in subtle or drastic ways. Emphasize or reduce sibilance, add or remove resonance, or turn robust vocals into whispers.

  • Transient Shaping

  • Physion is not a traditional transient shaper - it’s a transient separator. It goes beyond what has been possible by allowing you to surgically tune the transient and tonal response independently.

  • Audio Restoration

  • Remove unwanted tonal ring and hiss, or just reduce it with compression/expansion. Beef up the transients from old instrumental recordings to improve presence in a mix without squashing the life out of the tonal material.

  • Loop Mangling

  • Use various instances of Physion to morph and transform your loops using independent tonal and transient delays.

  • Explore The Structural Controls - Click On + For More Information

  • Explore the Effects - Six Transient Effects

  • Delay - A standard Delay echo effect with Tempo Sync capability and low and high cut filtering
  • Tap Delay - A multi-tap delay-line with Tempo Sync capability. Useful for rhythmic delays, wacky comb filtering, volume swells, or unique reverberant sounds
  • Dynamics - A combined Compressor/Limiter and Expander/Gate (function is determined by Ratio control)
  • Phaser - A classic multi-stage all pass based Phaser effect, which can be controlled via LFO or Envelope
  • Reverb - A room Reverb designed with high echo density, imparting a fast and smooth build-up of reflections. This pairs nicely with transient sounds to create a sense of space without obvious echo slap back
  • Gate + EQ - A Gate followed by a 3-band overdrive-able EQ
  • Seven Tonal Effects

  • Compressor - A standard Compressor/Limiter
  • Chorus - Multi-voiced chorus with randomized modulation
  • EQ - A 3-band overdrive-able EQ
  • Delay - A standard Delay echo effect with Tempo Sync capability, modulation, and low and high cut filtering.
  • Reverb - A large space Reverb designed with lower echo density (compared to Transient Reverb) and targeted high modal density with little to no modulation to avoid a chorusing sound on the tails. This allows the tonal audio to breathe in the space, yet evolve into dense pad-like reverberant tails
  • PitchShift - A 3-voice Pitch Shifter with +/- 1 octave shift per voice and an overall fine-tuning control. Useful for retuning drums, creating harmonies, or micro pitch chorusing/double-tracking all without transient slapback or smearing
  • Tremolo - A standard Tremolo effect which is driven by an LFO in (optional) combination with the Envelope of the plug-in’s input

WORMHOLE

Multi-Effect by Zynaptiq

Images

Description

Otherworldly Audio Effects

From beautifully shimmering detuned guitar widening and glassy ambient octave-shift tails, to surreal ambiences, starship drones, alien, monster, and robot voices — WORMHOLE is the new indispensable multi-effects powerhouse for sound designers, music producers and film composers alike. Combining ultra-clean pitch/frequency shifting, eccentric spectral warping, dual lush reverbs, and unique dry/wet morphing, WORMHOLE delivers sounds so unearthly you’ll swear they’re from a parallel universe.

Key Features:

  • High-quality multieffects processing ranging from the sublime to the extreme.
  • WARP spectral inversion & warping module.
  • SHIFT unique topology combined pitch-/frequency-shifting module with SMOOTH, TIGHT and two DETUNE modes.
  • Dual lush randomized hall reverbs.
  • Unique dry/wet morphing.
  • Very wide +- 4 octaves pitch-shift and +-4000Hz frequency shift range, fully aliasing free, with 96dB/oct (!!) carrier and side-band attenuation.

Powerhouse

WORMHOLE consists of 5 highly synergistic processing modules: the spectral WARP, the pitch/frequency SHIFT, the dual random modulated hall REVERB, a nifty little DELAY, and the dry/wet morphing FX BLEND sections. In combination with a flexible signal path, this makes WORMHOLE an ultra-fast and easy-to-use, high-end multieffects processor, that covers the full range from the subtle to the (very) extreme. Whether you're a sound designer, music producer or ambient artist, WORMHOLE is for you.

So What Is This For?

While WORMHOLE excels at making the usually time-consuming workflows of creating high-quality Sci-Fi sounds and creature voices fast, easy, fun and extremely hi-fi, it actually covers a very broad range of applications – including musical sweetening and ambient effects from the grungy to the shimmering and lush, bread-and-butter mixing effects like creating suboctaves, widening, chorusing, filtering, harmonic shaping and reverberation, and some seriously psychedelic electronica colors and mangling effects. Here are some of the things WORMHOLE is great at.

Alien, Robot and Monster Voices & Space-Age Transmission FX

WORMHOLE is insanely good for making all sorts of creature and robotic voices, as well as making them sound like the gravitometric faster-than-light transceiver went out-of-range. The WARP and SHIFT sections provide the mangling, while the dry/wet morphing ensures intelligibility (even with extreme transformations) and serves to fine-tune the alienification amount – reigning even the strongest processing back in if so desired. Or use the morphing to gradually transition from clean to mutated in an otherwise impossible, cool way.

Surreal Soundscapes and SFX

With WORMHOLE, spaceship atmospheres and neutrino accelerator field fluctuation induced interference oscillations are unbelievably easy to make – and sound unbelievably good, too. Turn cute metal clangs into huge impacts of intergalactic proportions, aircondition rumble into ancient planetoid displacement machinery hum, and synthesizer waveforms into mutated cyborg production facility power plant drones. Then, animate the sound organically by moving the dry/wet morph and section dry/wet mixes just a little bit. Or go crazy and automate everything all over the place, of course.

Musical Effects – Shimmering, Ambient, Lush, Beautiful

Guitars, pianos, pads all love WORMHOLE. It does just that thing that you'd typically reach for your really awesome vintage rack multi-effects units for, and feed them back into each other through the console...if they weren't out for service. Again. With unknown ETA due to the parts being unobtainium. And actually, WORMHOLE is the space-age version of that approach. No pitch-shifter induced disharmonic sidebands or graininess. Just pure, lushly blissfull glassy ambient fifths and octaves, micro-detuning shimmers, and more. Did we mention the dual, cascadable random modulated hall reverbs yet?

Mixing Effects – Widening, Chorusing & More

Since we gave WORMHOLE a really great pitch shifter, we figured: it would be smart to also make it do the L/R Detuning-Widening-Chorusing Thing. As we try to be smart as much as we can, we taught WORMHOLE how to do just that. The pitch-shifter has two dedicated L/R detuning modes and, taking the approach up another notch, we also created what we believe to be the first center-balanced widening delay. Together with the dry/wet morphing and the dual reverb engines, this makes for organic sounds from the sublimely subtle to the...well, NOT-so-subtle-at-all.

Far-Out Electronic Musical Effects & Destruction

Create sounds that mimic oscillator sync using any sound as the source. Even after the fact. Apply super-high fidelity frequency shifting, create wild pumping textures that sound far more aggressive than possible with a compressor, use the WARP circuit for emulating sample rate reduction and for creating unique lo-fi tones in a hi-fi way. Or, more generally speaking: transform your sounds in otherworldly ways. That's WORMHOLE. If you dig modular synths (like we do), you'll love it.

Simplexity

None of this complexity translates into your workflow, though – the WORMHOLE user interface is strikingly simple, and the plug-in is a breeze to use. A huge selection of meticulously crafted factory presets and a weighted randomization feature make exploring space beyond the WORMHOLE superluminally fast. Easy to use MIDI Learn for all controls makes fine-tuning parameters easier than translocating into a parallel universe. Well, quite a bit easier, actually. Give the free trial a spin to experience this multi-dimensional joyride for yourself!

Al Schmitt

Multi-Effect by Leapwing Audio

Images

Description

Capture the signature sound of one of the most iconic music producer-engineers

Leapwing is proud to announce their first signature plugin, developed with none other than legendary producer-engineer Al Schmitt. "When Al said he wanted to create a plugin with us, we couldn’t have been more excited!", says Emiliano Caballero, co-founder of Leapwing. "We set out to evaluate and understand all the intricacies that make Al and his sound so unique. The Leapwing team analyzed Al’s workflow, gear and processes of the last decades, from subtle harmonic characteristics to echos, compression and EQ. This then led us to create distinctive features that define his sound.”

The Al Schmitt signature plugin has 6 distinct profiles: vocal, piano, bass, brass, strings, and mix (bus). Each one has different sonic characteristics and parameters based on Al’s workflow and perception of each instrument. Distilled to minimal controls, and conceived to allow you to get your sound instantly.

  • Signature Sound: Having analysed countless records, as well as Al’s workflow and gear, Leapwing worked meticulously to recreate his signature sound.
  • 6 Unique Profiles: Vocal, piano, bass, brass, strings, and mix (bus) profile, each individually tuned with their own parameters.
  • Harmonic Generation: Carefully tuned harmonic distortion, different per profile, to give it that little extra ‘magic’.
  • Optimal Design & Workflow: Beautiful Retina design with all controls on one screen. Leapwing want their users to get results within seconds without cluttering the UI.

A Music Legend

An industry veteran, Al Schmitt has been recording artists for over 7 decades, all the way from Frank Sinatra, Ray Charles, Miles Davis; to Johnny Cash, Steely Dan, Barbra Streisand, Natalie Cole, Diana Krall, Celine Dion and Paul McCartney. As a winner of 20 Grammy awards, 2 Latin Grammys and a Trustees Grammy for Lifetime Achievement, Schmitt has helped artists garner an astounding 160 gold and platinum albums.

Beautiful Sounding Reverbs

The reverbs, or echos as Al calls them, are carefully tuned reflections that represent the beautiful depth that Al is known for in his mixes. Each echo comes with 3 echo types, so you can select one of 3 tuned reflection patterns, depending on the application.

Quick and Intuitive Interface

It looks good and it sounds good because Leapwing were thinking of you when they designed it. Leapwing's algorithm makes it easy to get a good sound and the simple interface lets you visualise the adjustments you make as you hear them.

Features

  • 6 unique profiles to process vocal, piano, bass, brass, strings and mix bus. Honed by Al over the years, they represent how he approaches music.
  • Each profile has a set of parameters controlling harmonics, EQs, compression and echos
  • Instrument profiles are low latency, making it perfectly suitable to use for recording
  • All algorithms are meticulously tuned with the highest quality achievable and a pristine sound
  • Simple yet Beautiful Design: Modern resizable Retina interface with a unique design for an optimal workflow

Description

Rhythm FX Engine: Your Sounds - Powerful Rhythms.

Welcome to MOVEMENT, an exciting and powerful effects engine that adds simple to mind-bending rhythms to any input in real time - from guitars and keyboards to synths, pads, drums and even full mixes. Built equally for studio use and live performance, the creators of EXHALE, SIGNAL and REV bring you a tool that pushes the possibilities of your music.

Your Sounds. Powerful Rhythms: The basis of MOVEMENT is simple: dial in a rhythm from one of 300+ presets or build from scratch and then use the XY pad to tweak in real time. Perform live with it, automate it in your DAW or just find the perfect blend of the original input and the rhythms. You’ll quickly see that no matter how subtle or crazy the tempo-locked rhythms are, they’re built to be musical.

Behind the Engine: Movement’s power comes from blending the original source with 4 unique rhythm engines, each with Sidechain, LFO, & Step Sequencer based modulation, as well as Output’s proprietary Flux and Randomizer. In addition, there are 76 parameters available to modulate and help add motion to the sound. Reverbs and compressors pumping, analog modeled filters and EQ’s opening and closing, delays morphing and tube distortion warming and cooling the input are a few examples. And as the source is split from the onset, you can bring rhythm in and out to taste.

Advanced Sidechain: A feature unique to MOVEMENT is the advanced sidechain modulation, allowing the user to modulate up to 38 separate parameters using the input source. Beyond the typical kick / compressor sidechain combination, you can now use that input to modulate filters, reverb, distortion, EQ, delays and more, all at one time.

Intuitive, fast and easy to use: MOVEMENT is designed to be simple, intuitive and fast but also a powerhouse in the background. Whether you’re tweaking a preset or building a rhythm from scratch, the possibilities are endless. Push yourself to be creative.

Sugar

Multi-Effect by PROCESS.AUDIO

Images

Description

The Ultimate Full Spectrum Audio Sweetener

Designed by a team of award-winning engineers to offer their most useful and most essential harmonic enhancement techniques in one centralized plug-in.

The resulting colour palette is a fast lane to pro-sounding records.

This full-spectrum enhancer will add punch, thickness, depth, warmth, edge and grit to all your tracks.

A Complete Color Palette

Sugar is an audio colour palette based on classic tricks used by top engineers to achieve great tones. Professional mixing engineers spend years refining techniques and processes to create the magical sounds the public hears on finished records. Beyond straight EQ and compression, these top engineers use processes that can be complicated to set up and tweak and often require expensive gear to achieve.

Sugar is a shortcut to those punchy kick drums, thick basses, sharp snares, edgy guitars, airy and creamy vocals, warm mixes and wide masters, and much more.

Sugar saves time by centralizing these processes in one analogue-inspired plug-in without sacrificing the ability to fine-tune for a professional experience. Sugar's four effects are routed in parallel processing and work in mono, stereo and M/S (Mid-Side) mode.

Sugar's signal flow is straightforward: the chosen effects are blended with the dry signal and routed through a High-Pass/Low-Pass linear phase filter combination to reign in the extreme amount of energy Sugar can add to the raw signal (There can be such thing as too much Sugar). This blended signal is then run through the Saturation section of the plug-in, where three carefully chosen saturation algorithms can tame unruly transients, add more grit to your sound, or simply destroy it in devastatingly creative ways.

Sugar's interface is designed to streamline necessary but otherwise repetitive tasks and to allow engineers to dial in the perfect setting very fast and intuitively so they can focus on the music, not the tools.

4 Faders, 8 Colors

Professionals always add more punch, thickness, warmth, width, edge or air to their tracks. Sugar helps you achieve what you are looking for faster than ever. Select a colour. Push a fader.

3 Types of Saturation

Give your sound that polished analogue feel, add more grit or simply tame unruly transients with one of the three carefully selected saturation algorithms.

A Unique Jog Wheel Control

The 4 Sugar bands are processing your sound in parallel and work in mono, stereo or M/S mode. Once you have found the proper balance that suits your sound, use the jog wheel in order to intuitively add more or less Sugar.

Linear Phase Filters

High-pass and low-pass filters are used in order to reign-in bursts of energy. Sugar's filters and the 4 band crossovers are all linear phase in order to allow for mastering-grade processing and avoid phase issues.

A Linear Phase Delight

Sugar's four crossover bands and LP & HP filters are built on high-grade linear-phase technology to avoid any of the common phase issues associated with parallel processing. This makes Sugar safe for 2-mix or mastering duties by guaranteeing the integrity of the source signal.

Sugar Learning Center

To cut the user's learning curve of this new tool, PROCESS.AUDIO created an expansive Learning Center featuring many video tutorials on how to best use Sugar on distinct audio sources, as well as a thorough run-through of all the features.

Sugar owners can also enjoy a full 20-minute mixing video tutorial by prominent engineer Fab Dupont, demonstrating how he exclusively used Sugar to mix the soundtrack of the plug-in's release video. Users can freely download the source session of the mix and look at the settings in their own DAW. The session is available in Pro Tools, Logic, Cubase, Studio One, and Ableton formats.

The Sauce

Multi-Effect by DJ Swivel

Images

Description

DJ Swivel's First Premier Creative Tool for Dramatic Vocal Manipulation

The Sauce brings you all the essential ingredients you need to creatively transform your vocals in one simple plugin. Oh, and it sounds great on drums and instruments too. Find your flavour with The Sauce now!

Main Features

Flavour

Sculpt & shift the pitch and formant modulation of both mono and polyphonic audio in real-time. These effects are commonly used to manipulate vocals, giving that “vocal chop” sound heard in countless Pop, Dance, and Hip-Hop hits. But if you’re feeling adventurous try it on drums, you won’t be disappointed!

Sugar & Spice

Every sauce needs a little sugar and spice. Add your choice of harmonic saturation or overdrive distortion on the Spice knob, and chorus or flanger effects on the Sugar knob.

Squeeze / Smoke

Use these two parallel compressor options in Squeeze to tame or aggressively squeeze your input signal. These two compressor options can also be fed by a sidechain input.

With Smoke, add a little air with 3 different convolution reverb options, all modelled after some of DJ Swivel’s favourites from both past and present. A small room, a medium plate, or a large hall. This knob is treated as a mix knob allowing a 100% wet signal, enabling The Sauce to be used as an FX return.

Drip

Drip is a classic modern delay and echo modulation, with built-in high and low pass filters, along with a ping pong option. Simple, yet effective.

Multiband

The Sauce allows for all of the above effects to be processed both as a whole or individually across three user-definable multiband layers. This allows for endless possibilities of sounds and effects never heard before.

Additional Features

  • Make your sounds wide with Spread, a natural-sounding stereo imager.
  • Hi and Low pass output filters with resonance switches for a more musical filter sound.
  • Output / Mix toggle allowing the main output knob to be used as both a volume gain stage and an FX mix.
  • Save, store, and recall your own recipes (presets).
  • A / B two different recipe options.
  • GUI optimized for retina displays.
  • Easy plugin authorization.
  • Adjust the size of the plugin to fit your monitor.

Infiltrator

Multi-Effect by Devious Machines

Images

Description

The Multi-Effect Evolved

Jaw-dropping effects, expressive control. Infiltrator might just be your new secret weapon.

  • Effects: Up to ten simultaneous effects. Choose from 28 effects, including exquisitely modelled filters, distortion, pitch shifting, FM, delay, reverb, and more.
  • Envelopes: Each effect has its own envelope and speed. Generate random patterns, euclidean rhythms, apply swing, and pitch snapping.
  • Sequencer: Go wild with the sequencer to make your effects come alive. Apply custom combinations of effects across time to create exciting patterns.

Features

  • Choose ten modules from a huge choice of effects. Infiltrator’s range of analogue filters have been modelled from revered hardware and sound great when modulated. Styles include Ladder, Model-20, 101 and Clean styles.

  • Infiltrator also offers top-quality distortion, pitch shifting, FM, delay, reverb, and many more modules. Every slot’s primary control can be modulated by audio input level or using the curve editor, which can be triggered by the input audio, MIDI or a sidechain signal.

  • Punch in any combination of your 10 effects across the 32-step sequencer. Effects curves can be activated separately or together, and at various speeds if desired. With every effect you’ve dialled-in accessible from the sequencer, you can orchestrate anything from a simple combination to an all-out FX firefight.

  • Master your patch and command the energy. Four macro controls can be assigned to any control you find in Infiltrator, letting you control multiple effects or properties to guide their intensity or character of the effect over time. Infiltrator’s 750+ presets also make great use of the Macros to give you simple controls for tuning in the perfect sound.

  • Once you’ve hooked up your macro controls (or chosen a preset), you can also control them using automation in your DAW to help fit Infiltrator perfectly with the rest of your track.

  • Get off-the-grid without using a calculator – Infiltrator has the best swing implementation you’ll have seen on an LFO. Draw your pattern, set a grid size, and adjust the swing amount. The grid, and your points, will move automatically to match the new swing setting.

  • Choose from eight preset curve shapes or dig into more ready-made patterns. Click the Random button and choose to conjure up a Random Curve shape, a Stepped Curve shape, or a Euclidean rhythm. The random mode uses the grid, pitch-snapping and swing settings.

  • Pitch Snapping

  • Some of Infiltrators effects – like Pitch Shifter, Filters with resonance, and more – can be tuned. Program curves in Pitch Snapping mode and the points you draw will gravitate towards actual musical note values, getting you more musical results. Click the button near the main dial and the main knob will move in semitone steps. The graph can be set to a choice of musical scales.

  • Pitch Snapping mode is also compatible with the curve Randomizer, helping you to find more musically meaningful shapes in a flash.

  • Audio and MIDI

  • Infiltrator’s curves can be run like LFOs alongside your DAW’s timeline, or as one-shot envelopes that trigger in the way you choose. Triggering a curve using the audio input level is useful for engineering tasks like applying the same filter to every drum hit; triggering a curve using MIDI gives you precise timing over triggering effect ‘events’ throughout a track.

  • Infiltrator’s effects can be activated and deactivated using MIDI notes, making it ideal for live use and an alternative to the Sequencer. Envelopes can also be triggered by MIDI, letting you restart an effects curve with every new note played.

  • Compressors

  • The Squash compressor delivers a biting attack that’ll clamp down on and control your sound. You can make your sound fuller using the Maximizer, whose lookahead won’t let anything get out of control.

  • Need more? Get in-your-face with the Multiband compressor – Infiltrator done the hard, algorithmic headscratching so that you don’t have to. Or if glitched noises are your thing, try opening up Overkill and pushing it all the way to max.

  • You can turn on the overdrive to add a bit of grit to your filters. The master overdrive can be placed at the start or end of the effects chain.

FireCharger

Multi-Effect by United Plugins

Images

Description

Charge Your Sound to Max

Do your tracks sound dull or tired? They need energy. They need to get charged. FireCharger can get your mix or instrument recording to the next level by touching just a few knobs (or just one in most cases). FireCharger is a universal processor with an intelligent algorithm for spectral charging and instant bettering of the sound, it also includes the emulation of an analogue tape and advanced exciters.

Features

  • Intelligent analysis

  • FireCharger is based on intelligent spectral dynamic processing. It analyses your audio material and gets it as close as possible to what United Plugins' sound engineers consider ideal. The result is richer and more balanced sound of any track.

  • Fast and Simple

  • There are not too many processors with such function and there is definitely none with such simplicity of use. In most cases, you can just load a FireCharger preset and simply dial the Dry/Wet knob to decide how radical the change of your sound will be.

  • Anodize sets the amount of energy your tracks will temporarily gain using the charger when they need it. Be careful with that so that your tracks wouldn't burn.

  • Aside from spectral dynamics, your tracks can get extra charge by deploying the Magnetize parameter. This feature controls the advanced vintage tube tape-machine saturation simulation which can give your sound some additional warmth and live feel.

  • Brighten Up Your Tone

  • To make your tracks shine, United Plugins added a special sophisticated height dynamic exciter. The Tone control helps the higher frequencies to get well pronounced and make your tracks brighter.

  • Use All the Time

  • FireCharger can be used as a mastering plugin (at the end of the plugin chain) as well as to improve single tracks. It will add body and brightness to acoustic guitars and vocals, improve your drums and bass guitar tracks and charge electric guitar performance. Try it on everything!

  • Hassle-free Software Protection

  • No iLok, no dongle nor internet access is required for activation. United Plugins' software uses licence files to activate your software. You can freely use the purchased software on all your computers as long as you are the user.

  • Realistic 3D Yet Flexible GUI

  • The photorealistic graphic user interface of the plugin gives you the feeling you are touching the real hardware. But it easily adapts to your needs. You can always drag the arrow in the bottom right corner to change its size - make it smaller to save the valuable screen space, or enlarge it to make it easier to use.

FireCobra

Multi-Effect by United Plugins

Images

Description

FireCobra combines the accuracy of the digital world with the live randomness of the analogue. Behind its simple user interface, there's more technology than meets the eye. FireCobra intelligently analyses the audio signal and makes it sound punchier, more powerful and better in general. It makes the mixes better with nearly no time wasted on setting it up. Just put it on every track you'd like to enhance. FireCobra is quick, easy and sounds unbelievable.

Key Features

Intensify Your Audio Materials

Intensify is the main feature algorithm of FireCobra. It intelligently analyzes the input audio and makes the output sound tighter and fuller. It brings up the drowned and overheard elements that are hard to perceive and attenuates elements, which tend to kill and bury the others. And the best thing is that all it takes is a single knob!

Give it a Smack

Inspired by rare analogue devices, the Smack feature creates unique and pleasant harmonic distortion. It makes the audio sound dirtier but way more authentic and audible in the mix.

Analogize Your Tracks

The Analogize algorithm is based on a simulation of classic analogue saturation units. Most audio signals benefit from a bit of the analogue warm valve mojo.

CPU-Friendly - Use on Multiple Tracks

FireCobra is a highly optimized unit designed to take the most from your CPU and exploit the newest AVX2 and AVX512 architectures.

Ridiculously Simple to Use

In most cases, all you need is the DRY/WET knob. Increase its value to get more enhancement and vice versa. Keep in mind that sometimes less is better and if every track in your mix will be too powerful, the mix will become crowded. But that shouldn't stop you from experimenting and tweaking your sound the way you wish.

Hassle-Free Software Protection

No iLok, no dongle or internet access is required for activation. This software uses licence files to activate your software. You can freely use the purchased software on all your computers as long as you are the user.

Realistic 3D Yet Flexible GUI

The photorealistic graphic user interface of the plugin gives you the feeling you are touching the real hardware. You can always drag the arrow in the bottom right corner to change its size - make it smaller to save the valuable screen space, or enlarge it to make it easier to use.

15-Days Unlimited Trial Version for Free

64-bit Audio Quality at ANY Sampling Rate

The plugin provides the maximum audio quality you can get. It uses internal 64-bit audio processing and can handle any sampling rate. 192 kHz or even higher.
